KeNako Academy gets behind SAGDB

The KeNako Golf & Sports Academy in George is lending its weight to the SAGDB's programmes in the area. The academy invited one of the SAGDB's talented youngsters, 12-year old Franklin Manchest, to attend a week long camp during the December school holidays. He is also benefiting from a conditioning programme put together by the academy's staff.

Strong SAGDB influence at KWANALOGA Games

Twenty-five players from the SAGDB's programme in KwaZulu-Natal have been chosen to play in the golf event at the 2010 KWANALOGA (KwaZulu-Natal Local Government Association) Games. The competition will be held at the Richards Bay Country Club from 11 to 13 December.

About the SAGDB

The SAGDB is a non-profit organisation (with section 18A donations tax exemption status). Through its PGA-approved coaching programme, the board currently has the capacity to coach 1,500 children per week in nine areas. The SAGDB is sponsored by SAA, City Lodge and ProRange.
